  1. Glad to see that the WSJ is finally catching up to what’s been happening out West for a few years now. The Los Angeles County Federation of Labor used this ground strategy to build it’s political power. Many political consultants wrote off ground campaigns in favor of what they considered to be more cost effective mailing strategies.
